Relay is the in-house app of Bump The DSL, LLC. It connects our online store to platforms such as Shopify and TikTok Shop so we can manage orders, customer support and collaborations with creators. These policies describe how we protect the information entrusted to us by customers, creators, sellers and partners such as TikTok Shop.

Summary

We keep personal data to a minimum, encrypt it in transit and at rest, give access only to people who need it, store it in the United States, never sell it, and tell affected partners promptly if something goes wrong.
